Singer Sues '50 Cent' For Posting 'Revenge Porn,' So He Mocks Her Celebrity Lawyer

With the help of celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom, the daughter of Gloria Allred, singer Teairra Mari, a star of the show “Love & Hip Hop,” filed a revenge porn lawsuit against rapper 50 Cent and her ex-boyfriend, Akbar Abdul-Ahad, who is reportedly 50 Cent's friend. Mari accused the men of posting a photo and video on her Instagram account after she broke up with Abdul-Ahad because he had cheated on her. She said the men were able to do so because Abdul-Ahad had her password.

Mari asserted that 50 Cent re-posted one of the obscene photos on his own Instagram account, captioned, “Get the strap.”

So how did 50 Cents, who was ordered to pay $7 million in 2015 to a woman who accused him of posting a sex tape of her online, respond to the latest accusation?

He mocked Bloom, posting another photo on his Instagram account with a picture of him and Allred smiling, captioned, “Oh Lisa stop, don’t make me tell your mom. LOL. Get the strap.”

The 2015 suit against 50 Cent left him filing for bankruptcy protection.

Bloom commented, “Less than three years later, 50 Cent is at it again, posting an explicit image of Teairra, with his caption, ‘get the strap,’ which encourages violence against her.”

Abdul-Ahad denied posting the photos and video, but Bloom insisted, “We do have a very significant piece of evidence that points to him, I’m not going to reveal what that is at this time. But we have strong reason to believe it’s him.”

Mari concluded, “I’m just devastated, I’m heartbroken, I loved this man.”
